Booking a Photoshoot

A photoshoot is booked with a deposit.

The deposit confirms the selected date and time of the session.

If the photoshoot takes place in a photo studio, studio rental is paid separately and is not included in the photography fee.

The paid studio rental is considered the deposit for the photoshoot.

In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Preparation for the Photoshoot

After booking, we:

• discuss the concept and idea of the shoot
• choose the location or studio
• define the mood, style, and details

Services of a makeup artist, stylist, decorator, or other specialists are not included in the cost of the photoshoot and are paid separately (by agreement).

Photos & Delivery

On the day of the shoot or shortly after, you receive all original photos in JPEG format via a private online gallery.

Access to the gallery is provided for 6 months.

After that, we agree together on the images for retouching, and you send me the selected photo numbers.

Retouching & Timeline

The photography fee includes retouched images according to the selected package.

Retouching delivery time:

• 1–2 weeks, depending on workload and the format of the shoot

Additional retouched images can be ordered for an additional fee.

Additional Terms

• A photoshoot without retouched images is possible upon request
• Shoots lasting several hours are discussed individually
• Special conditions and non-standard requests are discussed in advance
